Judy Atchinson
Judy founded the non-profit organization X-Qyest, Inc., in 1993 with the commitment of providing a safe and consistent location for neglected and troubled youth of Schenectady. Without ever taking a pay check, Judy works tirelessly to provide much needed services to the city. She is a roll model for all of those that have had the pleasure of meeting her.
Lori Chipps
Lori has served on Board at the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida-Seminole County in many capacities over a number of years. She is instrumental is fund raising and board development. Through her efforts, the Club raised enough money to remain open after budget cuts from federal funding.
Lt. Col. Todd J. Clark (Posthumously)
Lt. Col. Clark lost his life on his fifth combat tour serving in the United States Army. He served our country in various capacities over his highly decorated military career. He was a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and Texas A&M and earned Master's Degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Command & General Staff College.
Allan E. Keen
Allan has been an integral part of the Central Florida community for many years. His unwavering dedication is illustrated by the number of homes, jobs, and commerce he has brought to the area. In addition, he serves many non-profit organizations on a high level to ensure that the community will be a better place for many years to come.
David Leon
Dave's commitment to the community can be seen in many ways. He has built businesses that have created numerous jobs throughout the Capital Region and beyond. He has organized relief efforts for victims of natural disasters by bringing his business community together. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the City Mission of Schenectady.
