Q: If I sign up for e-statements will I still receive paper statements?

You will no longer receive paper statements if you sign up for e-statements. You can go back at any time to paper statements. Visit any Trustco Bank location and a branch manager will happily assist you with switch back to paper statements.

Q: How can I pay my Trustco Bank Loan?

There are many different ways you can pay your Mortgage, Home Equity Credit Line, Installment Loans (Auto, Boat, RV), and Personal Loans (Secured and Unsecured): Online. Enroll in Online Banking and set up recurring transfers from your Trustco Bank checking or savings account. In Person. Visit any of our convenient 147 branch locations, Monday - Saturday. Locate a Trustco Bank close to you to make a one-time payment or ask a branch staff member to help you set up recurring payments. By Mail. Mail payments to Trustco Bank at the following address: Trustco Bank Loan Servicing Dept. P.O. Box 1082 Schenectady NY 12301 By Phone. Self-Service - Call 1-800-670-4110, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to use our automated system. Select option 1 for banking services, then select option 5 to make a loan payment. This service is only available if you have a Trustco Bank checking or savings account. Please have your Trustco Bank loan account number and the Trustco Bank checking or savings account number that you are using for the payment ready before calling. Other Options. Bill Pay - Your other financial institution may have a bill pay service. Please note that Trustco Bank does not accept this service electronically and your other financial institution would print a check and mail it to the address you provide them. Q: How to process a wire transfer?

Please contact your Branch Manager in your local branch to process a wire transaction.

Q: Can I visit any Trustco branch or can I only go to the one where I set up my accounts?

You are welcome to visit any Trustco Branch and our friendly, home town staff will help you with all of your banking needs.

Q: Where are my tax information documents?

We will mail you a 1099 INT form to the address on file by January 31st if you earned $10 in interest or more in a given year. We will mail you a 1098 mortgage interest statement if you paid $600 or more in a given year. If you have not received your tax information documents by the end of February, you can contact customer service at 1-800-670-3110 (between 8:00am and 8:00pm, M-F, and 8:00am and 5:00pm, Saturday

Q: How do I change my address?

To change your address on your accounts, please take your photo ID into any of our Trustco Bank locations. We will have you fill out a change of address form and update our records appropriately. If you are unable to visit one of our branches. You can also change your address once you are logged into your online banking.
